My focus is on strengthening transparent, efficient, and people-centric administrative systems that support the Institute’s vision of fostering cutting-edge research and high-quality education. With more than three decades of experience in administration across Government of India, CSIR laboratories, and the IIT system, I remain committed to enhancing service delivery and streamlining processes.
