Ms. Manaswini Ravipati Represents India at 17th HOPE Meeting in Japan

IITH congratulates Ms. Manaswini Ravipati, PhD scholar, Department of Electrical Engineering, working under the guidance of Prof. Sushmee Badhulika, for being selected as one of the nine students representing India at the 17th HOPE Meeting with Nobel Laureates, organised by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) and held from 2–6 March 2026 in Tsukuba, Japan.

The HOPE Meeting is a prestigious international program that brings together outstanding PhD students and young researchers from across the Asia–Pacific region to interact with Nobel Laureates and leading scientists. This year, 109 PhD students and young researchers from 21 countries participated in the event.

During the program, she delivered a flash talk, presented a poster, and engaged in group discussions with Nobel Laureates and distinguished scientists. She was also honoured with the Unique Presentation Award during the event.
