IIT Hyderabad congratulates Ms Lakshmi Raja, from the first batch of the MSc in Medical Physics program, for being awarded the prestigious Maitri Scholarship. This highly selective scholarship, provided by the Government of Australia, will support her PhD at The Australian National University (ANU) in Canberra.
Raja will be working under the supervision of Prof Patrick Kluth at the Research School of Physics, focusing on the detection of blood-based biomarkers for neurodegenerative diseases using solid-state nanopore sensing.
This achievement is a great source of pride for the MSc program in the Medical Physics Program and highlights the success of the program.
