Mr. Vineet Gairola, Ph.D. Scholar, from the Department of Liberal Arts, under the supervision of Dr. Shubha Ranganathan, has been awarded the 2023 APS Student Grant by the Association for Psychological Science (APS) for his Ph.D. research proposal focusing on ritual practices and processional journeys of Hindu deities (devī-devtās) in India’s Garhwal Himalayas.
