Research Synopsis
New Generation Computing Design, fabricate and characterize new material which can outperform Copper in terms of current carrying capacity and higher mobility in order to achieve higher speed, smaller dimension and ultra low power consumption. In addition utilizing electron spin rather than charge for encoding logic bits 0 and 1, performing data propagation and digital computation ensuring no leakage current, ultra fast and area efficient circuit design.
