"Thermal Analysis of Materials using DSC, TGA & Dilatometer (TAM-IV)"

There are two pages in the form for you to fill up. After submitting the form, you will receive a mail from workshop_tam@iith.ac.in with an attachment of the filled form by the end of the day. You need to take a print of this form and write your institution full name if it is not there in the list and get it signed by your institution's TEQIP coordinator/director, and send its scanned copy to workshop_tam@iith.ac.in. You will receive a mail if your participation is confirmed. Please note that participation is alloted on a first come first serve basis.

Fees includes Workshop kit, Lunches, Tea/Coffee ( FN & AN ), Local transports during workshop. 'Student' refers to the full time-regular PhD or other degree students only, and requested to carry valid ID card.
†Refund policy for TEQIP Participants:
a) Registration Fee is required to confirm the place in the workshop (first come basis) and logistic security.
b) Fee will be returned fully after the successful completion of the course by the participant.
c) Fee is fully refundable if the participant wishes to withdraw from the course on or before 31st May, 2018.
d) If participant does not attend the course and does not withdraw by 31st May, 2018; Fee will NOT be refunded.
‡Refund policy for general participants & students:
a) Fee is fully refundable if the participant wishes to withdraw from the course on or before 31st May, 2018.
b) If participant does not attend the course and does not withdraw by 31/05/2018; Fee will NOT be refunded.
Accommodation:
a) For TEQIP participant: Accommodation will be provided by workshop organizer free of cost.b) For general participants and students: Several hotels and lodges are available at nearby places at Ishnapur village and Sangareddy town, ranging from about 500/- to 2000/- INR per night (pay directly to the Hotel/ lodge for charges). Details of hotels and lodges will be shared with the registered participants.
