Students of IIT Hyderabad raised Rs.7,000 for flood relief victims in Andhra Pradesh.
Students of IIT Hyderabad took a big initiative on their campus and raised Rs.7,000 for the flood relief victims in the state of Andhra Pradesh. There were collection boxes placed in the Institute premises during office hours for all faculty, staff and students to donate money and also a collection box was in the boys' hostel after hours for the same purpose. The collection drive was held from October 12-26. The money collected will be given to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund.
IITH students had won both winner and runner up prizes for "Green Circuit Design Challenge for shaastra competition" held at IIT Madras....
