Socho... Hatke
Event Format
The name itself describes that it's a different kind of speaking event which is based on the skills of spontaneity and intelligent argument. A biased topic will be given and the teams will be asked to speak in support of the unbiased end. The participants can also give spontaneous answers with humor and wit which may not directly relate to the topic.
Example: If u were given a topic like the Second World War which is a negative topic, the team is expected to bring out the positive end and vice versa if a positive topic is given.
Criteria of participation: Participants need to team up in pair of two; Teammates need not be from same college.
The event shall be held in two stages: Prelims and finals.
Prelims: In prelims, the teams need to submit a small write up on a topic given in the similar pattern of event. 8 to 10 teams will be selected for final round.
Finals: Final will be held for selected 8 to 10 teams on the same day.
